If you want to know more, help or join, initially you shall be on your own. Learn, investigate, read, understand.
Once you are certain that you know what this means and that you want to be a part of it, find like minded people, create your own cell. Organize secure communications between the members of your group. Organize secure forms of trade between you. When you are ready come to the island, enjoy the beautiful beach and wonderful weather, have fun. Pick out a spot for your future house or business.
You will probably meet some of us, you will be contacted by other groups, you will learn about larger meetings and bigger proyects in cooperation. You will be asked for help, or ask for it. You will have become part of the foundation of a new world.

The Plan
The objective is to have a fully working community on the island by 2015.
For reasons of security, and keeping in the spirit of decentralisation, there is no central planning committee or authority of any kind. Members of the proyect work in small groups which communicate with each other through secure channels, but are fully autonomous in nature.
In the early years, because of the dangers posed by the venezuelan and other neighbouring states, emphasis is on mobility and groups shall rely on boats, visiting the island when it is safe to do so and planning for the future.
By 2010 we hope to have several permanent or semi-permanent bases on the island. By 2015 we expect to have a working community, a hotel or camp to receive visitors, a small port and regular shipping from the mainland.
By 2015 we should have permanent settlers and be planning for independance from Venezuela, considering the economic conditions we can expect in the country by then, it should be possible to achieve this peacefully, be it by buying the island, or any other means.
Until then, our task is to educate ourselves about how to create a free society: the mental, legal and technical infrastructure of a fully free society will not be developed overnight. We have years of work ahead of us to learn history, research all examples of anarchy that have existed, gather funds and volunteers to our cause.
The risks are many, the task is enormously difficult, however the stakes are very high. We are playing for the future of the world. If we succeed we shall make history and the name of Atlantis and the names of it's founders will be remembered like the names of the signers of the Declaration of Independance.

2. That they assume full responsibility for their actions.

To be a citizen of Atlantis a person must sign the Constitution so that it is a true and binding contract between all citizens. Citizens can choose who they rely on for the actual application and interpretation of the law: be it independent arbitrators, security or insurance services, justice cooperatives, or any other organisation to which they bind themselves in voluntary contract.Ultimately the responsibility lies with each individual citizen, no organisation can claim the primary right to justice, only the derived and delegated rights.

It also hopes to be a shining example to the world, the seed of a new, freer society which will come in the 21st century. It will be the laboratory were the ideas of peaceful market anarchy are tried out so that the world may learn.
What Hong Kong did 20 years ago, showing China the way with it's prosperity and freedom, we hope to do in America. Starting with Venezuela, were the socialist and statist ideas are quickly ruining the country and the people. Atlantis will provide a scape valve, a place to go when Chavez has finished dragging us on the road to serfdom and has done to Venezuela what Mugabe did to Zimbabwe.
